Good evening Karin and the wider OK Board, Rufus, Laura -
Pleased to hear the call was good yesterday. And well done everyone, fabulous effort on the Morris report. I hope you all see it that way.
What is it about that guy Morris - he has a very likeable way, he's smooth, he has a great knack of presenting a taut case, but unerringly favourable.
Should we attempt a get together to thank him . . . before the funding decision ?
Re your points Karin:-
1. I think the board should meet without Rufus and Laura from time to time as a matter of course, much as we aren't up to much without them telling us what the business is doing it will help us as a team to not always be driven by / reacting to what is typically primarily their agenda. I think we need to get a bit tighter with each other once in a while. I'm happy to attend a call before 2nd July e.g. any Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 7:30pm. At the very least it would be a good chance to slag off Rufus for something I can't yet think of.
2. I am very happy to look things over and offer any feedback I may be able to muster, and very well done on finding possible funders, Karin, hats off, bravo.
Best,
Tom

We have just pulled together a draft proposal based on all the stuff you have already seen. Let us know if you want to see it, but we will progress this over the next few days.
