[foundation-board] Actions from last Board meeting

I wrote to Tom during the Board meeting. I haven't heard back as yet. Will
ping him again if I don't hear by the end of the week.

Also my meeting with Morris has been set for the 2nd week in April. I
figure I will be the last so anything that hasn't been said or needs to be
reinforced let me know.

Re. Minutes - we discussed a fundraising subcommittee with Helen and I (&
anyone else interested)?
