Dear Mark, Dear members of the Board,

in addition to the cash flow analysis, I would like to point out three
specific grants / contracts that I do expect to come through within the
next few weeks. If we receive this funding, the cash flow situation
obviously would improve accordingly.

*Hewlett:* With a *very* high confidence level I do expect the grant
renewal to happen. Hewlett and I agreed that this would be a continuation
of the current grant, so that there is no gap between the current and the
next grant. Therefore, I think it is realistic to expect the first
installment of the Hewlett grant to arrive at our accounts in early
December. The value is 300.000 GBP / year

*Adessium:* This is the second very likely contract I am expecting. The
decision within Adessium will be happening any day now, and between then
and the first payment, we will need approx. 6 weeks, according to Adessium.
So I would the money to arrive at about mid-December or early January. The
value per year is 133.000 GBP

*Sloan: *I am more than 50% certain that they will continue to fund us. The
amount we asked for right now is 1.250.000 GBP over three years, or 416.000
GBP / Year. But to be on the safe side, I would recommend that for now we
calculate with just 300.000 GBP / year (which, I think, is a little more
than we currently get from Sloan). Start date according to Sloan could be
1. March 2018.

Once these contracts come through, Mark will update the cash flow analysis
accordingly.

There are many other fundraising leads currently worked on by me, of
course. I am meeting Helen and Karin next week Tuesday to go over the
fundraising pipeline, and I will share this after our meeting.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please let me know.I
