[iRail] NMBS is making their own iPhone app.

Hey Louis,

Some general innovation advice, to cheer you up a little:
Don't try to compete against them, but try to underdo them. Avoid the
feature race and focus on what's unique.
SNCB will focus on themselves, so you need to focus on the user. The chat
feature is a good example, as is "checking in" on your train ride through
the app.
As long as you listen to users, you will always be way ahead of them. Ignore
the competition. The fact that they imitate means you're in the lead.
