[iRail] betrains iphone "about" page

Hey,

This page will need localisation as well as correct layout per device (iPhone != Nokia)

Probably want to remove the "www." in front of iRail (shorter) and trailing slashes at the end of URLs (project.irail.be), and iRail is not so much mobile website, but also API.

It's "resources" by the way as well (typo)

And perhaps make Pieter and my name clickable too (and add the rest of the team, like Tim for Qt)

And to keep it organised, it shouldn't be under api.irail.be/chat, but some other folder. As it has nothing to do with chat.
