[kforge-dev] knowledgeforge.net migrated to KForge 0.9

http://www.knowledgeforge.net/ is now running latest KForge 0.9 code. I 
have also migrated over all projects, users and svn repositories from 
the old kforge.net system. Please take a moment to take a look and log 
in (NB: if you want to experiment by creating projects/services etc I 
suggest using the sanbox system at http://test.kforge.net/ as 
knowledgeforge is a 'live' service).

After a little more time to see if any major bugs/issues show up I will 
make the formal 0.9 release and post it up on the wiki and site -- oh 
yes there is a new site/blog at: http://www.kforgeproject.com/ :)
