bugfix for notify plugin committed yesterday ([changeset:1058][1]) as emailNotify method not working. 

  * /trunk/src/kforge/utils/mailer.py: bug in test and mailer meant that was not setting up email To correctly 

    * convert to addresses to string from list before setting email to 

  * /trunk/src/kforge/utils/mailertest.py: amend test 
  * /trunk/src/kforge/plugin/notify.py: emailNotify was broken as not importing the kforge.utils.mailer module 

    * also added log message 

  * /trunk/src/kforge/plugin/notifytest.py: added test for emailNotify
