There is quite a lot of polishing that could still be done to this plugin but it is functional so I'm marking this as fixed. If new issues are found this can be re-opened or new tickets created. See [changeset:1035][1], [changeset:1041][2], [changeset:1049][3] and [changeset:1051][4].
