Tidying and changes to improve/fix installation process ([ticket:29][1]) arising as a result of adevelopment of an auto-deploy script. 

  * trunk/etc/http.conf.new: change to use CKAN_SETTINGS instead of CKANHOME 
  * trunk/etc/ckan.conf.new: 

    * added django.secret_key item which was missing 
    * added www.apache_template: path to apache template file 
    * fixed django.templates path 

  * trunk/src/ckan/cli/admin.py: changed www build to use www.apache_template and CKAN_SETTINGS 
  * trunk/INSTALL: minor change as result of slightly different ckan-admin www build command 
  * trunk/setup.py: 

    * set install paths for data to <sys.prefix>/share/ckan 
    * install apache template (etc/http.conf.new) 

  * trunk/README: cleanup and simplify to remove any hangovers from kforge that don't apply to ckan
