[MyData & Open Data] Anyone in Eastern Europe working on open data and privacy?

    Quick question: are any of you, or do any of you know people working
    on open data and privacy, based in Eastern Europe? We had a request
    asking this come in to the Open Knowledge Foundation Central, and
    figured this would be a good place to ask!
