Hey all,

I've finally been shown a copy of the proposal for the OKFN project that Sally and Javier are funded to work on, for which the workshop next week is major part.

There's a google doc here which should be open for public comment and discussion on particular lines

for those who dislike google docs, I attach a word document for opening in your favourite tools (but also lets you see comments already made). Hopefully it'll make it through the mailing list filters. If not, there's a copy here:

I'm sure the OKFN/ORG project, and also the independent WG, would be interesting in your comments.
