[MyData & Open Data] Catalonia to sell "anonymised" medical records

I attach a link to the PIA (in Catalan, use googletranslate or similar)
conducted by the regional DPA. It is interesting and highlights the right
things, but it is impossible to know whether these have been taken into
account.

Enforcement continues to be a problem.
