First, I wrapped the text and submitted

I'm probably going to suggest one further change for readability and
accuracy before sending a draft writeup, within the next few days.

IIRC Ireland is the one not contacted at all thus far.

I inserted action item so that it doesn't get missed again, but
someone who has access to
http://opendefinition.org/licenses/nonconformant/ and
http://opendefinition.org/licenses/ will have to do it.

I assume these are just wordpress pages as I can't find in any
https://github.com/okfn repository.
