So, two things:

1. I've looked over this, and think it looks solid as a 1.2.

2. I'm ready to start hacking in a branch on 2.0 ;) My branch will be
quite experimental, as it will do the complete split I suggested in an
earlier email, differentiating between "open license" and "open
content".

I'm not a git/github expert by any stretch, and specifically, I can't
figure out how to fork this "1.2" patchset instead of the 1.1 master
branch. Anyone have a pointer? Thanks!
