Leigh, it's at www.clipol.org and there are two different tools for 
assessing compatibility between licenses:

   1. One-way compatibility tables.  If you go to the page for any 
license and click the "Compatibility" tab, there's a compatibility table 
for that license.  You can add additional licenses to the table, or 
clear to start a fresh table.
   2. Multi-way compatibility app.  From the main page, click the 
"Compatibility Tool" button.  Add all the original licenses which your 
work includes, then choose whether your work is a collection, weak 
derivative, or strong derivative.  You'll get back a list of the 
licenses with which you can re-release the whole work.
