This seems to be based on the UK OGL v1.0 and so not conformant with the
Open Definition.  Perhaps it will be adjusted to align with UK OGL 2.0
(Note: in the UK Parliamentary Copyright is separate from Crown Copyright).
(Jo: perhaps you could enquire?)

 

The clause "ensure that you do not mislead others or misrepresent the
information or its source or present the information in a way that
discredits the reputation or standing of either House of Parliament or their
members or their officials" is a big problem.  This goes much further than
the UK OGL v1.0 "ensure that you do not mislead others or misrepresent the
Information or its source" and effectively negates the value of the
information for scrutiny of Parliamentary expenses and the like.
