I think the ALMS framework should not be used outside (primary?) education.

Particularly the “L” (level of expertise required to revise or remix) … when David Wiley compares Word and Blender his call for not dumbing down at the end of his post does not exactly sound convincing to me — but please forgive me if I have missed how to create 3D animations with Word
