to 2.2.5 allowing source requirement for copies. See

https://github.com/okfn/opendefinition/labels/2.1 lists this and some
other issues raised. I don't particularly endorse any of them but ought
be considered briefly.

I also suggest sending a note to okfn-discuss that 2.1 drafting has been
kicked off.
