[odc-discuss] Open Database Licence

Just to make sure everyone is aware, as I think I may have neglected  
in the rush last week to push an announcement to this list (my  
apologies), the beta of the Open Database Licence (a copyleft database  
licence) and the Factual Information Licence are now up on the site as  
well as on co-ment (a collab editing site) for commenting.
