[ogdcamp] Who wants to run an OGDCamp satellite event around 17-26th October in Warsaw?

in the recent McKinsley report on big data they mention the need for 140,000
techs and 1 million managers in the USA to be trained to be able to benefit
form the forthcoming data deluge.

We want to bring this up in our UK consultation process in relation to what
plans there are for training public employees, are you thinking of including
capacity building as part of the workshops on how gov bodies can benefit?
