Hi Javier,
That's a good thought. Thanks! Capacity building is sort of the next step
after you've created awareness and willingness / organizational support.
Although at same time the McKinsey report seemed (from what I remember
skimming it, so I can be wrong) to me to look at the level of 'traditional'
skills required to deal with data, and not acknowledging the speed with
which new tool stacks are emerging that lower the threshold for working with
data in ways that social media does for sharing and publishing. But I also
see that how orgs earlier had 'documentalists' before they budget-cut them
away, they may very well now need data-librarians.
