Hi Jo
Looking through your booking form I note that you may be organising some
wine for your event at Inspace. Can I advise you that Inspace does not allow
the consumption of red wine or any food with a red colouring, to avoid
staining of the white surfaces of Inspace.
Kind regards
Ronnie

dear all, thanks for the mails, I've been travelling so avoided all the
confusion and arrived at the resolution :)

Thanks for the pointer. Our 3-7pm timing was picked with the idea that
some attendees would only be able to drop in after work. Also expecting
a few (though perhaps not many) registrees will not make it to the
event, this has been common at the London OKCon. So 90 will be a hard
cut-off point but likely not our maximum number at any given time.
Robin, myself and Stuart Macdonald are sitting down tomorrow to draft
the final programme and we can sort out this issue then.
I made a start at filling in the form a few weeks ago but there was a
fair bit of context we were missing so I expect more is needed.
thanks,
jo
