[ok-scotland] Digital civics hackathon

Hi all,

The BritishHCI conference is taking place in Lincoln in July, and is
preceded by a free hackathon around digital rights and empowerment, with a
general Magna Carta theme. Hardware hackers and artists are also encouraged
to attend, so please pass this on to anyone you think might be interested!
