[ok-scotland] Next Open Knowledge Edinburgh meet-up: Edinburgh Central Library, 5.30 pm Monday 29th August 2016

Will there be humane and ethical internet access available at this
meeting? I remember last I looked, the city library had one of the most
draconian policies I've seen in this regard.
