[OKCon-Programme] OKCon Culture Stream Questions

It would be fantastic to get someone from Europeana, I am trying to get one
of our partners in the Open Genealogy Alliance to come as well. There are
some interesting issues around digitisation that stretch the typical
discussions on Open Data as more or less immaterial/free. This is quite
important in connection with the possible extension of PSI regs.
