I have been to (?most) of the OKCons in London and part of the motivation
isto pick up ideas about openness and to get my sociopolitical energy
refreshed. If I see people doing inspirational things I try to emulate what
they are doing - last year I wrote about climate code and Open Street Map
http://blogs.ch.cam.ac.uk/pmr/2010/04/26/okcon-2010-thoughts/ . We should
remember also that as this is in a new location there are likely to be many
people for whom it is the first contact with the OKF. So my inclination
would be for people who help to build the vision.

If we can get him I'd suggest Subbiah Arunchalam from India who has been
working for scholarly and public openness for decades.
