I saw Blakley in the Free Culture Forum in Barcelona last year. She has very interesting insights and is a good speaker with visual props. Her line on trademarks vs copyright is also very relevant for debates on open hardware.

The questions after keynote might be very critical, so the keynote speaker has to be prepared for that. Instead of a keynote, we could also have a podium discussion. The topic would be suitable and definitely not be lame. Google contributes something to all this and we might be able to clarify what's what in such discussion.

If I see people doing inspirational things I try to emulate what they are doing - last year I wrote about climate code and Open Street Map http://blogs.ch.cam.ac.uk/pmr/2010/04/26/okcon-2010-thoughts/ . We should remember also that as this is in a new location there are likely to be many people for whom it is the first contact with the OKF. So my inclination would be for people who help to build the vision.
