[okfn-advisory] Leadership transition update and thank you to outgoing CEO

I'd like to join in the thanks. Quite by chance was having dinner with
Laura last night as she is on the advisory board of the ContentMine
project, and so I got a lot of update.

As a 10-year old member of the advisory council I am completely committed
to the success of the OKF (we decided I can now say OKI) and perhaps this
is a catalyst for the Council to have a more regular input...
