[@OKau] Board Meeting 11am AEST

hey all,

let's please all take a deep breath. this is a public mailing list, let's
keep things civil.

i think it is fair to assume that everyone is doing their best. our
energies towards different aspects of our lives ebb and flow. the OKau
board is kinda ebbing at the moment, that happens. we all have life
pressures, and staying focused on a volunteer activity can be daunting,
especially when a big part of that effort includes creating motivation and
vision for ourselves and the group. that's ok.

sometimes setting an example of the kind of community we want to be is
hard. i'm hardly blameless either. in line with our code of conduct, let's
all assume that everyone is doing what they can, and be kind about it.
