Hello Xavier, and welcome to the OKFN network!
Your message peaked my interest because I'm currently in the process of
booting up an international OKFN working group (ie, a virtual gathering of
people interested in projects and ideas around these topics) centered on
open design/hardware with some folks from Helsinki and London. It would be
great to get your insight (and perhaps involvement from Belgium's side) on
this.
