[okfn-be] Apps for X

Hi Lieven,

Is it important to have a meeting with all the leads? I think each 
sector should do with apps for X what they want, disregarding other 
cities/subjects.

I would suggest that we first focus on organisating one apps for x first 
first, while contacting blue shirts in other sectors.

Any idea what focus to take first? Apps For Kortrijk in March/April? 
They seem to already have the Blue Shirts and the data.
