[okfn-br] IACC Hackathon

Hi Stefan

I will be there - me, Pedro and Priscilla are working with TI to organize
the Hackathon.

Some great ideas there and I would love to help (although I might be there
and around during the event). Specially on the FOI reminder platform.

Also think there is space for us to organize a OKF meetup in Brasilia
during IACC.
