por isso - o fato de quem esta super ocupado nao ter tempo para fazer algo
que seria bom para o grupo (o que eh totalmente legitimo) - acho que temos
que pensar em uma estrutura organizacional profissional para a OKF-Br.

Precisamos pensar num organigrama (posicoes e responsabilidades - o que eh
algo independente de uma estrutura de decisao mais horizontal) e correr
atras de financiamento para isso. O Gui - que seria bom pensar e executar
coisas mais importantes de estrategia de comunicacao - nao vai dar conta de
tudo e talvez seja bom ter alguem mais junior cuidando disso.
