[okfn-discuss] Release of v1.0 of the open knowledge definition

**** Version 1.0 of the Open Knowledge Definition Released  ****

After various improvements and lots of feedback over the last year to 
the initial draft, [version 1.0 of the open knowledge definition][1] is 
at last officially out. The definition now has its own dedicated 
subdomain at <http://okd.okfn.org/> and no doubt there are plenty of 
improvements still to be made so please [get involved][2]. In particular 
there's an editable [development version of the definition][3] along 
with the beginnings of a list of ['conformant' licenses][4].
