Someone has very kindly prepared a German translation of the Open 
Knowledge Definition! I've posted a link on the front page and we should 
think about how we integrate this into the site perhaps:

just in case it's of interest for you: I translated the Open Knowledge
Definition V1.0 (http://okd.okfn.org/1.0/) into German. You can find it

BTW: In headline of the definition is a missing "i".
