I think this is a great idea!

The technology, society, culture divisions seem very natural! Suspect
that 6 pages might be quite a lot for the informal spirit of OKCon -
perhaps we could cap it at a page to force people to be concise? ;-)

Yes, I definitely think you're right about getting a CFP out early!
What do you think about themes? Or perhaps we could include a list of
different things?
