[okfn-discuss] Entering the Public Domain in 2013

Very cool, Sam and Public Review team. Looking forward to seeing this list
get populated - it's an important one to make, given how many works have
often fallen into the public domain without anyone even realising!

It's nice to see these releases won't fall into oblivion - I think the
original artists and producers would be glad to know it.
