[okfn-discuss] Hack for Change

I see. RoK is truly international and people have been supporting it locally for years (as OKF DE did with RoK in Berlin in the last years). I just didn't make the connection from code for change to RoK. Great to see you guys involved in Belgium. Hope others will do locally as well.
