[okfn-discuss] Open Data Census updates - join!

Hi,

Seems my current posting address (mhatta at gmail.com) has been different from
the registered, receiving address (mhatta at mhatta.org) for okfn-discuss ML,
so my earlier mails are rejected automatically or still sitting somewhere
in the regulation queue ;-)

Anywise, I changed the address, so I can post mails to okfn-discuss from
now on.
