 Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know of an exciting FOI development here in Germany
- the German Ministry of the Interior has issued Frag den
Staat<https://fragdenstaat.de/>,
(a German FOI portal run by the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany) with a
cease and desist order, for publishing a document on EU party quotas which
they obtained under the FOI law.

More details about this here:
http://blog.fragdenstaat.de/post/74158554995/cease-and-desist-by-the-german-government-for
in English, and here:
https://fragdenstaat.de/presse/2014-01-21-bmi-mahnt-fragdenstaat-ab/ in
German.

If you'd like more information or to help on the campaign (we'd love to
raise awareness about this globally!) - please get in touch with project
lead, Stefan Wehrmeyer on stefan.wehrmeyer at okfn.org

Thanks!

Zara
