[okfn-help] Hacking on the grid application

Further to the discussion on irc, I've just updated the grid
application README.txt to be a bit more detailed:

Also should point out that to run the tests successfully you need a
tahoe node running locally on your machine (we may try changing this
at some point to have some remote node but ...). Pointer on how to do
that is also in the README.txt
