[okfn-help] 'OKD compliant: public domain' on license list?

Just wondered if we could have 'OKD compliant: public domain' or
'public domain other' on the license list - to be more specific than
'OKD Compliant: Other', and less specific than 'OKD Compliant: CC0' or
'OKD Compliant: PDDL'.

E.g. US Federal Government material could use this.
