[okfn-help] Making sure Akismet is enabled on all OKF blogs?

In the OKF Handbook, we should make sure and emphasise that every new
OKF blog should turn on Akismet as soon as it is booted, to help
filter out spam comments.

At some point we should probably go through all the OKF's blogs and
make sure Akismet is enabled, and to retrospectively filter our spam
comments.

Should we ticket this?
