[okfn-help] Ideas Incubator Despam

Hi Sam,

i no one has a quick answer create a ticket in http://trac.okfn.org/,
component "sysadmin.webministration".

I think ideas.okfn.org is based on OSQA, maybe there is some tool/plugin
for that by now. Have a look at
