The front page of the Public Domain Review is broken:

We just noticed this this morning. Adam hasn't done anything to the
site today and we're trying to figure out what has gone wrong and how
to fix it.

We thought this might have been an upgrade breaking a plugin, but we
can't see an upgrade as far as we can tell. Daniel upgraded some
plugins, but this seems unrelated.

Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
