[okfn-help] SIMPLE QUESTION: Gmail aliases

This has nothing to do with aliasing: google calendar invites do not
work except with core gmail account address. It's a well known and
major bug with calendar invites. You can often add the invite by hand
but you can't click yes/no/maybe.
