[okfn-help] Contacts management / CRM software?

Sugar's a robust, but fairly complex solution. It's also very business-y.
CiviCRM is a good service for non-profits[1]. I also like Open
Atrium[2] as a tool, but it's more of an intranet service than a CRM
solution per se.
