[okfn-help] Cant Edit or Create TracTickets

I've just read Jonathan's email about locking down trac. I think this
is wise given the amount of spam we had.

Could someone make me superadmin (if there is such a thing) - so that
I can resolve problems like Kat's and make Hauke an account?
