[okfn-help] Cant Edit or Create TracTickets

Heya guys,

Annoying question, but with my Trac login (katbraybrooke), I'm not able to
either Edit nor Create new TracTickets (even those that are attributed to
me). All I can do is view them. Lucy wasn't sure how to fix this, and I'm
assuming it has to do with admin-based permissions - is there an easy way to
change this?
