[okfn-help] Setting up / editing the OKF Handbook on a site like OpenDataManual.org?

just chiming in really late here, but i'm happy to do it in wordpress
format, and am agreed that in a wordpress-style layout it'd be more visually
pleasing re: fonts, images etc :)
